I created this flyer series to promote my own piano lessons. The goal: my flyers needed to make people stop, smile, and rethink what piano lessons can be.

Strategy

Humor, pop culture references, and bold typography make each flyer impossible to ignore.

  • Unexpected Imagery & Playful Tone: From a shirtless Jeff Goldblum to a keytar-wielding ‘80s trio, each flyer reimagines what it means to be a "piano champion.”

  • High-Impact Typography & Contrast: Bold, blocky typography and bright yellow accents ensure instant readability.

  • Clear Call to Action: A bold "Book Now: schoolofkeys.org" plus a QR code makes signing up seamless.

  • Variation & Appeal: Some flyers tap into nostalgia, others lean into irreverence or absurdity.

Result

These flyers directly led to more lesson inquiries and student sign-ups, proving that unexpected marketing can attract the right attention.
